Features

• Inverter drives with automatic multi speed when stop and start.
• Automatically roll forming, and cutting at any length with pre-setting quantity (10 programs).The control panel enables to count a total length of was done coil.
• Signal feedback from encoder showing existing length of product.
• Automatically alarm to pre-cutting before the order finished.
• Rollers: S55C base material solid form CNC precision machined, through hardened with hard chromium plated get 50-55HRC.
• Cutting die: SKD 11base material solid form CNC wire cutting machined, through hardened get 58-60HRC.
• Hydraulic system is equipped with a high cooling system to afford the machine operating continuously from 20 to 22 hours per day.
